Japanese Emoticons

Emoticons are everywhere these days. They are handy, cool, fun, and cute. Japan’s emoticons are super cool. They look like little manga and are preprogrammed into each and every mobile phone

You don’t even need to type them anymore. Just select, and you’re done!

There is an amazing large variety of these Japanese emoticons, Japanese people clearly have a rich imagination. And you don’t have to swivel your head to understand them.

If you’re fed up with reading sideways, try using these cute little smileys for a change:

(^_^)/bye
(^0^)/happy
d=(^o^)=byeah!
(>_<”)struggle
(x_x)beat
(-.-)y-”“”smoking
(^_-)wink
(-_-)zzzsleeping

Maryann, you just lost me… The article only shows the emoticons, with explanations behind them. For example (^_^)/ is the emoticon for “bye”.
