Since 2002 it has been one of the brightest and best Japan-based labels. An expert in showmanship, designer Toshikazu Iwaya always keeps the audience waiting and drums up anticipation about his catwalk collections.
His Spring/Summer 2008 offering was no different. With plenty of press, paparazzi and celebs the stage was set for a great show and once again he didn’t disappoint. The theme was Morocco and the womenswear included lots of beautiful rose patterns, fluorescent petal dresses and couture-like mosaic gowns.
The menswear was fun and camp with huge visor caps, over-sized leather bags, long rugby shirts and lots of fringe/tasseled pants and shirts.
