She looks good. I like how her outfit seems simplistic at first glance, but when you look again you notice the details on the shirt as well as the different textures in the outfit.

@Samantha: Glad you noticed, Samantha. Noel actually graduated from Bunka Fashion College and you can notice her talent in the details. She is really serious about it, too. The day she wore this look she wouldn’t crack a single smile because that was not part of the look. Usually, Noel has a wonderful smile!
