Kjeld Duits About the Photographer

Inspired by the stunningly creative street fashion that exploded on the streets of Tokyo and Osaka in the late 1990’s, photo-journalist Kjeld Duits launched JAPANESE STREETS in 2002. This makes JS one of the first fashion blogs on the net, and the very first to cover Japanese street fashion.

Now I can say, Butti is definetely the Sweden flag guy! How awesome is that he uses blue and yellow in such different ways!
That hairstyle and the bag are the perfect definition of summer (-.^)

I really like the combo of his femine outfit and facial hair. But the outfit itself makes me want to go to the beach.

@Maria: Yes, his ability to find and combine so many yellow and blue items is quite something, isn’t it!
@Flo: Really, this outfit appears feminine? It is not at all in Japan, I’d say. Cultural differences are fascinating! ^_-
