Wuaaah, it’s Kumamiki! I guess she’s one of my favourites (together with few others:D)… :3
Looking at her makes me happy. And let’s me know that I’m not the only one who partly stays as a child on the inside :)

@Nora: Tokyo Bootleg is a series of parties and live concerts organized by Tokyo DJ’s. The next one takes place on Wednesday June 17 at Shibuya Chelsea Hotel. It starts at 18:30 and the entrance fee is free.

Ahh Kumamiki once again.. Her photos always look like you also really enjoyed to take them :-)
I sometimes find Kumamikis shots scary, when she makes her eyes appear even bigger with her choice of make up and then is really close to the camera. I know this kind of make-up is super popular in Japan, but I personally am not a fan of it. But what I originally wanted to say was, that in these shots, I find her very very beautiful! Actually my favorite shots of her so far. The make-up is a little less exagerated (this sutes her best in my opinion) and her choice of clothes is brilliant as always. She really knows her style! But what makes these photos so special to me is the very beatiful light. It complements her face and the colours of her clothes really well and makes them look really soft. Like a fairy at night :-)

I always wondered, how do you manage the problem with the light at night? Do you only walk around in areas, where a source of light is close or do you ask the person you want to photograph whether it is okay for them to walk around with you until you found a source of light? Anyways, I really love the night shots! ;) And these walls with tons of posters in the background. I often use that background, too ;) I wrote too much again, sorry!

@Dörrie Banana: Thank you for your detailed comment, and your nice words about this shoot. During many of the night shoots I was actually at a live event where I ask people to come outside. Beforehand, I scout for the best places in the neighborhood to do the shoot.
