@Mah-chan: Yes, Maria is correct. Synthetic fur is now so realistic that you have to be well-versed to notice the difference, but the price usually gives it away. However, sometimes people also wear vintage furs bought in used clothing stores. These can also be cheap, so the price can occasionally be misleading.

@Chrysteena: In Japan they are sold in vintage and used clothing stores, but also in lots of regular stores. I believe that even H&M carried something like this. I have no idea about the situation outside Japan, though. Try searching for fur stole, faux fur, faux fox, fox stole and so on on our eBay affiliate store on this site and see what you can find.
