Kjeld Duits About the Photographer

Inspired by the stunningly creative street fashion that exploded on the streets of Tokyo and Osaka in the late 1990’s, photo-journalist Kjeld Duits launched JAPANESE STREETS in 2002. This makes JS one of the first fashion blogs on the net, and the very first to cover Japanese street fashion.

@Yu & MaliceInWonderland: I have fallen way behind, and to get back up on speed I have skipped asking for brand info for a dozen people or so. Really sorry. For the people I shoot in March I should have brand info again.

Her tights are from 6%dokidoki! Lots of her accessories are from there too :)
Her shoes are from SWIMMER, but they are old ones that you can’t buy from the online shop. I see them on mbok.jp (auction website) pretty often, going for likee ~5000 yen.
I’m not sure where her sweater is from :(

I love this kind of style! Her rainbow extensions are soo adorable! Her makeup and eyebrows are awesome too :) I wish I could pull off the no brow look haha

Sorry to double post. KD-san, no worries for skipping brands for a bit. I would much rather get inspiration from seeing all of these gorgeous posts in the meantime than have missed out because you were unable to capture them. I look forward to seeing brands again later, but I appreciate your effort throughout either way.
