Kjeld Duits About the Photographer

Inspired by the stunningly creative street fashion that exploded on the streets of Tokyo and Osaka in the late 1990’s, photo-journalist Kjeld Duits launched JAPANESE STREETS in 2002. This makes JS one of the first fashion blogs on the net, and the very first to cover Japanese street fashion.

WOW! That haircut + face + glasses… what a impression! :)

@Monik: I see more and more young men with long swatches of hair on top of their head and their sides totally, or almost shaved. I expect to see even more, especially next Summer.

Yes indeed Mr. Duits! And i like it very very much :) Not the identical way but close enough it’s my favourite haricut too ^^ Months already it’s also very popular around me and as I see not only among boys, but girls as well. But to Katsutoshi, the fat thing in his look is about putting those heavy-looking retro glasses with this very modern haircut together, which works really awesome I think. Well… like always black colour is not without reason something that attracts my attention, so even more well done for Katsutoshi ;)

@Monik: Yes, you are absolutely right, those glasses look great on him!
