Autumn/Winter 2011 Collection of Japanese fashion brand Yasutoshi Ezumi. The March Japan Fashion Week was cancelled because of the March 11 quake. These photos were supplied by the designer.

@Maria: Beautifully said. Yasutoshi Ezumi just started, but I have high hopes for him. Look at his amazing background:

Born in Hiroshima in 1981, Yasutoshi Ezumi graduated from the University of Arts Central Saint Martin College of Art & Design. He worked as an assistant to Alexander McQueen and as a knitwear designer of Aquascutum London. Ezumi launched his fashion brand Yasutoshi Ezumi with his 2010 Autumn Winter collection. He also works as a Fashion, Textile Design and Art Director.

* cough cough sputter sputter * WORKED AS AN ASSISTANT FOR ALEXANDER MCQUEEN?!? OH my gosh. Well, that certainly counts him as qualified!!
Anyway, this is beautiful. I love the use of Japanese elements in his designs. Gorgeous!
