She is just super cute! The epitome of this kind of fashion going on in Tokyo right now. I also love her bunny bag, and her hair is awesome. How long do you guys think this lacey/white/cream trend will last?

@Reichiia: Me too. I like both bags, actually. The other one makes it look like she’s going on a picnic.

@Lactose Intoler-Art: I expect it to go through the summer at least. It wouldn’t surprise me at all if it returned next year. Fashion often reacts to what’s happening in the world, usually giving a balance. With all the trouble Japan is experiencing this year, the innocence that this kind of fashion exudes gives people a feeling of stability and hope, I think.

@Maria: Yes, very true. There has been very interesting research on how hemlines go up and down depending on the state of the economy.
