Inspired by the stunningly creative street fashion that exploded on the streets of Tokyo and Osaka in the late 1990’s, photo-journalist Kjeld Duits launched JAPANESE STREETS in 2002. This makes JS one of the first fashion blogs on the net, and the very first to cover Japanese street fashion.

She’s great! More like her! I’m a huge fan of the shoes Tokyo Bopper has been making within the past few months or maybe year. Its like they’re back to their roots with the high platform, but its still modern and avant-garde. Actually just looking at the small daily pics they upload on their site makes it seem like there is a whole movement of that type of style going on that isn’t really documented anywhere else!

I adore the fact that she’s wearing all black, white, and grey (that’s an AWESOME zebra jumpsuit, btdubs) and a red purse. Out of all the possible colors to wear with head to toe black and white, red is my favorite….it always looks so bright!
And I gotta say…love the fact that she’s reppin the DBZ wall paper. Majin Buu all the way, man!
