LuDaj: so sad to see so many fur… and people enjoying it
Kjeld Duits: @kagitsune: Thanks. Fur was quite visible at many shows, and I also see lots of fur on the street these days. I wonder if the comeback of fur is limited to Japan, although I have read articles that it is happening in other countries, too. Do check GUT’S out, they are fun!
kagitsune: I adore the patches and the fur collars, especially the third photo! So unique and playful, almost visionary. And the models have the most interesting faces… I’ll have to check out this brand!!

Kjeld Duits: @gionbaby: I had the same feeling when I shot these photographs: it was like being part of a fairytale.

NucleolusEgoist: Is there a theme around the braided hair on the left side of the models?

Kjeld Duits: @NucleolusEgoist: The models do all look alike somehow, don’t they? I wonder if it is the wigs, the clothing, or the combination of the two.
NucleolusEgoist: Purnima Bridal Fashion—I thought most of the outfits were wearable (for ordinary people) and not over-the-top like in previous creations. At first I thought there was only one model on the runway who had to change into 13 outfits. I took a closer look at their faces, and found that that wasn’t the case. Like Lactose Intoler-Art stated first about the different styles suited for different occasions, maybe the purpose was to show different personalities in a person? (Again, this is just my instinct and I’m not very familiar with how the fashion industries work.)
Purnima Bridal Fashion: uncommon fashion. thanks for shoot nice photo

Kjeld Duits: @geektronica: Hiroko Koshino is one my favorite Japanese designers. Her shows are always incredibly varied and beautiful.
geektronica: The first photo actually reminds me of the samuria armor. I love the dress in the 26th photo with the vibrant print. I would absolutely wear that <3
Kjeld Duits: I like the idea of ninja fashion!
