Norika Fujiwara (藤原紀香) was born in Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture, actually extremely close to where I live. But we’ve never met yet (as in shake hands and talk).

She has worked as a beauty queen—Miss Japan in 1992—, model and actress, and is often a spokesperson for Japanese organizations and companies.

In the following clip Fujiwara introduces a christianiabike on a recent NHK program for kids about eco-friendly products.

Fujiwara in an old Kanebo commercial.

And in the long running series of J-Phone commercials from the mid 2000s.
