Once again, Bunka Fashion College organized a Bunka DRESS CODE event.

After the devastating triple disaster of 2011, Bunka Fashion College decided to organize a DRESS CODE event to cheer up its students. Students were asked to dress up in certain colors and designs. Bunka DRESS CODE has now become an annual event. Today, the fourth Bunka DRESS CODE event took place.

This time, Bunka Fashion College asked its students to “dress in orange or blue.”

This may seem like a random question but are the two matching girls in the ripped tights, dark blue ribbon skirts and black tube tops (pics 14-16 from the bottom) a musical duo? They posed so beautifully like they were posing for a magazine cover :) they just seem like they might be some kind of artistic performance act.

@Zjonni: As far as I know they are not a musical duo. But I shot them last year as well, and they are comfortable with both each other and me. See their photos during Bunka DRESSCODE 2013.

Can I asked what happened in 2011?

@BOw-E-Bow: On March 11, 2011, there was a Magnitude 9 quake followed by a tsunami which caused over 18,000 deaths and a crisis at a nuclear power plant in Fukushima. Wikipedia has information about the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami.
