@nora: Most women in Japan pay a lot of attention to both their skin and their nails. Manicure salons are everywhere. The climate also helps, it is very humid in Japan. After living in Japan for 30 years, my skin looks like 20 years younger than my elder brother’s, while he is only four years older…
