Kjeld Duits About the Photographer

Inspired by the stunningly creative street fashion that exploded on the streets of Tokyo and Osaka in the late 1990’s, photo-journalist Kjeld Duits launched JAPANESE STREETS in 2002. This makes JS one of the first fashion blogs on the net, and the very first to cover Japanese street fashion.

Comment (日本語もOK)

This has a sort of Mori Girl feel, but one that’s done with a bit less modding to existing pieces. I think elements of a style like this could be easier to incorporate into a work-friendly wardrobe.

awww…plushie!
Her cute round face reminds me of a chibi…and it also reminds me of a korean singer hehe n_n
I like the details on her blouse. The skirt’s layers give a great effect!
