Kjeld Duits About the Photographer

Inspired by the stunningly creative street fashion that exploded on the streets of Tokyo and Osaka in the late 1990’s, photo-journalist Kjeld Duits launched JAPANESE STREETS in 2002. This makes JS one of the first fashion blogs on the net, and the very first to cover Japanese street fashion.

Love the fork bracelet and shorts. The leggings are also very unique. Is that a butterfly earring I see? Fantastic if it is. Her bag is very creative and cute

Oh wow! She’s great! I can just imagine her walking down the street, and even having a strong presence even in Harajuku. GREAT shots, I love the grandpa earing! Haha. Or is it a balding grandma? And I love the Unbilical shoes. Are they from the most recent line? It seems like everything at Tokyo Bopper is super platform right now, but these are really cool too!
