Kjeld Duits: Many people switch between styles; in such cases wigs are quite handy. Most of the street fashion we follow are worn by small groups of people, often called tribes in Japan, so it’s hard to say whether something is “in fashion,” because so many trends play out all at the same time. I run into far fewer people wearing decora than say 8 years ago, so I think it is now mostly worn by people who really love this style, not by people who are just hanging on.
