Asty Inc. launched women’s wear brand Ylang Ylang in February 1998. Ryunosuke Aoyagi (1976), who had joined the company in July 1997, became head designer.

Ylang Ylang specializes in feminine and European inspired clothing, and started a menswear line in 2005.
