Modern casual elegance
Japanese designer Ryota Shiga was born in Iwaki city, Fukushima Prefecture in 1985.
While attending Sugino Fashion College, Shiga was nominated for the Onward Kashiyama New Design Prize in 2005, and again in 2006.

After graduating, Shiga travelled to Milan, Italy to work as an assistant designer under Antonio Berardi. During this time, he was also chosen to appear in the Art of Fashion held in San Francisco, USA.
