Kjeld Duits: @Dörrie Banana: “in the very north of Germany, actually pretty close to the border to Denmark” — Oh, I love that area. Very beautiful. But I used to mostly visit Southern Germany, though. Crazy about the mountains and architecture from the Middle Ages!
Dörrie Banana: I live in the country side in the very north of Germany, actually pretty close to the border to Denmark. I can only agree with you, Berlin IS a great city. I’ve just experienced that once again. But I won’t stay in Germany much longer as I’m already making plans to go to Ireland for 6 months or so to work as an au pair. If you decide to visit Germany though or find the time, I’ll gladly welcome you at the airport, too ;-)
